Herheim raced to back-to-back fourth-place finishes in both the 7.5km Skate Interval Start and the 20km Classic Mass Start to lead the way for the women's team.

The men of Michigan Tech displayed depth in the 7.5km Skate Interval Start, seeing Parker Courte-Rathwell lead six Huskies, placing fourth through ninth. Tryg Solberg (5th), Colin Freed (6th), Mikkel Kalta (7th), Henry Snider (8th) and Axel Aflodal (9th) rounded out the group.

One Last Thing

The Huskies will look to defend their Central Regional Championships for the third-straight year and return five student-athletes who excelled at the Central Regional to advance to the 2023 NCAA Championships in Anabel Needham, Olivia Laven for the women and Colin Freed, Skylar Patten and Henry Snider on the men's side. Selections for the 2024 NCAA Championship will take place after regionals.
