Junior Season (2014-15): Selected as a finalist for the Mike Richter Award, which recognizes the top goaltender in Division I hockey … Earned All-WCHA First Team honors … Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team … Started all 41 games – the most of any NCAA goaltender – and compiled a 28-9-2 record … Ranked second nationally in wins and shutouts (6) … Was third among all NCAA goalies in minutes (2,417:18) and goal-against average (1.74) while finishing fifth in save percentage (.933) … Led the WCHA in wins (23), save percentage (.935) and shutouts (6) during conference play … Set the Michigan Tech single-season record for shutouts … Started the season with a 10-game winning streak … Had a season-high 43 saves in a 1-1 tie against Minnesota State on Feb. 27 … Shutout opponents for 189:19 consecutive minutes stretching from the third period on March 7 vs. Northern Michigan to the first period of the WCHA Final Five semifinal against Bowling Green on March 20 … Took home NCAA First Star of the Week honors on Oct. 28 … Captured back-to-back WCHA Defensive Player of the Week accolades on Oct. 27 and Nov. 3.
Sophomore Season (2013-14): Named to the WCHA All-Academic Team … Played in 13 games, starting 10 … Posted a 2.82 goals against average and .892 save percentage … Registered a 4-6-1 record between the pipes … Started five consecutive games Jan. 4-25 including four straight games vs. Ferris State … Made a season-high 28 saves in a 1-0 loss at FSU Jan. 10 and tied it with 28 more in a 3-2 win over FSU Jan. 24.
Freshman Season (2012-13): Played in nine games with a .907 save percentage and 2.40 goals against average … Posted a shutout victory over Colorado College with 22 saves in a 2-0 decision (Mar. 8) … Saw first official collegiate action in a relief effort at Denver (Nov. 26) … Received his first start Dec. 4 at Northern Michigan and stopped 23-of-25 shots in a 2-1 loss … Turned in a 36-save performance vs. WCHA-leading St. Cloud State to earn his first collegiate win 5-1 (Mar. 2).
Prior to Michigan Tech: Drafted in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft in the seventh round (190th overall) by the Winnipeg Jets … Took part in the Jets' Development Camp in 2012 … Played junior hockey for the Toronto Jr. Canadiens in 2011-12 … Appeared in 11 games and posted a .917 saves percentage and 3.11 goals against average … Started the 2011-12 season with the Powell River Kings (BCHL) where he put up a .921 saves percentage and 2.01 goals against average in 26 games … Spent the 2010-11 season with the Pembroke Lumber Kings of the BCHL, where he posted a 25-6-1 record and won the RBC Cup (Canadian National Jr. A Championship) … Earned a final NHL Final Draft Ranking of No. 26 in North America.
