High School: Played at Lake City High School… Earned all-conference first team honors all three years of play… Selected as conference most valuable player… Named all-area first team as a sophomore and senior… Earned all-state second team honors… Helped team qualify for playoffs as a senior… Also participated in basketball  and baseball… Named to all-conference and all-area first teams in both sports.
