Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Friday, Tech received a forfeit win over Westcliff. Friday, the Huskies face Ole Miss.

Rocket League

Monday, the Huskies got a forfeit win over Wayland Baptist and the B team's match against Southeastern was pushed to this week at 5 p.m.

Saturday, Tech placed fourth in the inaugural Great Lakes Collegiate Rocket League Winter Major. The Huskies started the tournament off with a 4-3 win over Western Michigan. But fell into the loser's bracket after a 4-0 loss to Rochester. There, Tech was able to advance over Purdue 4-2, but was unable to overcome GVSU 4-0 for a podium finish. While falling short of prize money, the Huskies are still in a prime position to perform - a fourth place overall will provide seeding advantages for the rest of the GLCRL competition this spring.

Monday, Rocket League continues in NACE Starleague Varsity Premier and returns to NSL Varsity Plus. Monday the Huskies faced Lackawanna at 7:30 p.m. The B team sees Southeastern for its season opener at 5 p.m., then returns to stream at https://twitch.tv/mtuesports. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. facing St Lawrence.

Friday, Rocket League is on the road to Davenport to represent Tech at the inaugural GLIAC Esports Championship.

League of Legends

The Huskies were unable to upset Maryville on Tuesday. This puts Tech at a 0-3 record in the Collegiate League of Legends tournament.

Hayden Long "BIG DADDY BARD" as Vex closed 10 kills in game 2, but not enough to disrupt the 0-2 series.

This week, League of Legends faces the Missouri Columbia at 4 p.m. for cLoL on Saturday. This is while Tech is on the road to Grand Rapids for the GLIAC Esports Championship.

Overwatch 2

Tech Overwatch lost to James Madison last Tuesday 3-0. The Huskies are now 0-2 in the NSL Varsity Premier division.

This week, the Huskies look to find their footing against Independence Community College. The match starts at 7 p.m. and you can find the stream at https://twitch.tv/mtuesports

Super Smash Brothers: Ultimate

Huskies win! Tech took down Ashland 2-0 on Monday. Team captain Cam Kern "Carp" took six stocks in game one to help close the game out 5 stocks to 0. Game two came down to the final stock but Ryan Mackie "Mack" was able to lock it down with Greninja for 5 stocks and a Husky victory.

Thursday, Smash takes on Davenport online before heading down Friday for the GLIAC Esports Championship. Catch the stream at https://twitch.tv/mtuesports, 7 p.m.

Valorant

Valorant is good for two, with a 2-1 win over Quinnipiac on Wednesday. After a heartbreaking loss in overtime game one on Haven (12-14), Elliot Lappenga "Block" locked down Icebox (13-4) with 20 kills as Breach. Then, rookie Waylon Alvesteffer "Terminal" ran away with game three on Ascent (13-10) putting up 33 frags on the board as Phoenix.

Tech seeks to keep the momentum rolling Wednesday. Valorant plays St. Clair at 7 p.m. Find the stream at https://twitch.tv/mtuesports.
