League of Legends

Tuesday, Tech's summoners defeated Indiana Tech 2-0. Hayden Long "BIG DADDY BARD" secured 12 kills as Aatrox.

This win wrapped up the NACE Varsity Premier regular season with a 5-2 record and a second-place finish. The Huskies are seeded 7th in the National Playoff and face the 2nd seed Florida Southern Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, in the NECC league, the Huskies won 2-0 over Northern Kentucky. Hayden Long "BIG DADDY BARD" returned with 22 kills as Vex. Kevin Doerr "67", did 34,124 damage to champions as Gragas.

MTU is now 4-2 in the NECC tournament. They are currently working out a reschedule with Brooklyn College for the final regular season match.

Overwatch 2

Tech had a hard-fought victory over the Pennsylvania College of Technology. Down to the wire of the last round of the last map, the Huskies won 3-2. Gen Myers "HelixNebula'' healed 19,422 points as Baptiste game 2 and Isaac McKinney "Isaac" put 31 kills on the board as Sojurn game 5.

The Huskies ended their regular season with a 6-1 record in the NACE Varsity Plus division. This gives Tech a bye in round one of the division playoffs. They face the winner of Drexel versus Jamestown next week.

Friday, Tech fell to Texas Tech 2-0. Max Kinlin "Sky" absorbed 17,866 damage as Reinhardt.

Then, Tech lost to New Mexico 2-0. Lucas Haskins "cheesebread" put 44 kills on the board as Reaper. This brings the Huskies to a 4-4 record in the Activision Blizzard Tournament. Two more matches are slated for Friday, but the opponents are still unannounced.

Rocket League

The Huskies ended their regular season in style with back-to-back victories. Monday, Tech started with a few dropped games against Kettering, but rallied and ended the series 3-2. Max Reisterer "Nineja" put away two goals in game two and Frank Bruck "Spitzer'' scored four times in game four. To round out the doubleheader, Tech beat Western Kentucky 3-0.

Rocket League B team finishes their NACE Varsity+ regular season 4-3. They face Florida Southern's Academy team in the first round of the conference championship tonight at 7 p.m.

Over the weekend, both Rocket League teams competed in the Collegiate Carball Association 2nd Open tournament.

The A team beat Purdue Starry and Wake Technical before falling to the loser's bracket 2-0 to Ohio State. There, Tech took a 2-1 win over the Carleton Ravens before their tournament was ended by Western Virginia 2-1. This put Tech in the top 13-16 of 72 teams in its pool.

The B team beat Southern Illinois 2-0, before falling to Indiana 2-0. Then, they received an FFW over Clemson, before their tournament run was ended by Butler 2-0. This put Tech in the top 33-49 of 72 teams in its pool.

This Saturday is the third CCA Fall Open!

Super Smash Bros: Ultimate

Tech's national playoff run is off to a great start with a 2-0 win over Dallas Baptist. Cameron Duffy "Psyke" took five stocks as King Dedede game one and Noah Kolczynski "Noko" took 6 stocks as Palutena to close game two.

The Huskies have now qualified through the Last Chance Qualifier and start in the round of 16 on November 17!

Valorant

Wednesday Tech put the final touches on its perfect 7-0 regular season with a back-to-back 13-0 scoreline.

The Huskies return for the Round of 4 on November 16!
