HOCKEY
Michigan Tech advanced to the CCHA Mason Cup Championship Game with a 4-3 victory on Saturday over Minnesota State. Logan Pietila scored the final two goals, including the game-winner with 9.1 seconds left. Jack Works and Kash Rasmussen also scored and Blake Pieitla made 29 saves. Tech travels to Bemidji State to face the Beavers in the title game at 8:07 p.m. Eastern on Friday. The winner will receive the Mason Cup and the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

TENNIS
The Michigan Tech women's team finally competes at home this week, hosting Saginaw Valley State on Friday at Gates Tennis Center in the GLIAC opener. First serve is set for 10 a.m.
