A four-year regular for the MTU football team from 1962-65, Chuck Lucchesi earned four letters playing on both sides of the football. He helped the Huskies to NIC Championships in 1963 and 1965.
During his career, Lucchesi was named to the ALL-NIC First Team in both 1964 and 1965 and gained the team's Outstanding Defensive Player Award both seasons as well. In addition, he earned Associated Press Little All-American honors as a senior.
