Tech MBB Tabbed Fifth in GLIAC Preseason Poll

HOUGHTON, Mich. – The Michigan Tech men's basketball team has been tabbed to finish fifth in the GLIAC Men's Basketball Preseason Poll, the league office announced Tuesday. In the same release, sophomore Dan Gherezgher was named to the Preseason All-GLIAC First Team.

Head coach Josh Buettner saw first year guard Dan Gherezgher earn Second Team All-GLIAC honors in his third year at the helm of his alma mater.

MTU returns 11 student-athletes from a season ago with an addition of a recruiting class of four freshmen.
