Apex Legends

Tech battled hard through eight rounds and ended up 13th overall in the Phase One Fall Series. In game 3, team captain Griffin Wick "TheGr33nB3an" secured six kills. Missed the stream? The VOD is up on Twitch of the first ever Huskies Apex broadcast.

CSGO

Friday, the Huskies fell to Drexel 2-0. Tyler Short "Lord O Pies" put up 22 frags map one. Drexel then went on to secure the conference championship over Kennesaw State on Saturday.

This puts Tech in third place in the division for seeding purposes. The national playoff format, seeding, and competition schedule is pending announcement.

League of Legends

Tuesday, Tech's summoners lost to Drexel 2-0. In round 1, Brandon Cox "Oblivonize" dealt 46,164 damage to champions as Brand.

On Thursday, the Huskies beat Minnesota State 2-1. Team captain David Scott "Poro in a Box" secured 15 kills as Bel'veth. MTU is now 4-2 in the NACE Varsity Premier league. They play their last regular season match on Tuesday against Indiana Tech.

Overwatch 2

Tech had a heartbreaking defeat to Cincinnati. Down to the wire of the last round of the last map, the Huskies lost 3-2. Gen Myers "HelixNebula" healed 19,288 points as Baptiste and Max Kinlin "Sky" absorbed 17,866 damage as Reinhardt.

With an FFW over Siena Heights, Tech is now 5-1 in the NACE Varsity Plus division. Catch Huskies OW 2 wrap up the regular season against the Pennsylvania College of Technology on Twitch Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Friday, the Huskies first beat Concordia Texas 2-0. Round 1, Lucas Haskins "cheesebread" had 37 kills as Mei. Round 2, Isaac McKinney "Isaac" closed out the series with 34 kills as Sojurn.

Then, Tech lost to McMaster 2-0. This brings the Huskies to a 4-2 record in the Activision Blizzard Tournament. There are two more matches slated for Friday, but the opponents are still unannounced.

Rocket League

The Huskies are the 2022 Fall Conference Champions! With a 4-0 sweep over Kansas and a 4-2 victory over Siena Heights, Tech has a top seed to head straight into the national playoff tournament.

Monday saw the B team expand its winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Florida Southern. Jerrad Smithhart "Cheesy" and Frank Bruck "Spitzer" both put two goals away in game 2.

Monday, the B team plays a doubleheader against Kettering and then Western Kentucky to round out their season. Catch the matches live on Twitch, kick-off is at 7 p.m.!

Super Smash Bros: Ultimate

Tech's conference championship run was cut short on Thursday with a 2-0 defeat to Oakland. Team captain Cam Kern "Carp" took 4 stocks as Ice Climbers game 2.

The Huskies are now seeded third going into the last-chance qualifier. They will need to battle it out to secure a place in the national championship playoffs. The schedule is pending announcement, but should be happening this week!

Valorant

Wednesday Tech faces Kansas City, the final match to a perfect 7-0 regular season. Make sure to cheer on the Huskies as they secure a historic first season of Valorant in immaculate style on Twitch at 8:30 p.m.!
