Blue Line Club to host Senior Salute Brunch on March 1
HOUGHTON, Mich. – The Michigan Tech Blue Line Club will be hosting its annual Senior Salute Brunch on Sunday, March 1 at the Bonfire Steakhouse on the seventh floor of the Magnusson Franklin Square Inn.
The event is scheduled to run from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Coach Joe Shawhan and the members of the senior class will be the featured speakers.
The Senior Salute Brunch is open to the public. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $15. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by noon on Wednesday, February 26 to blueline@mtu.edu.
The Huskies wrap up the regular season that weekend against Northern Michigan. The two teams meet in Marquette Friday and the MacInnes Student Ice Arena on Saturday. Tech's five seniors— Raymond Brice, Keegan Ford, Matt Jurusik, Todd Kiilunen, Alex Smith—will be honored on the ice after Saturday's game.
