Junior Season
Given the Bobby Gitzen-Dick Loutit Award as Tech's outstanding defensive player … Named assistant captain...Played in all 39 games...Finished sixth on the team and first among defensement in scoring with 22 points (five goals, 17 assists)...Scored 16 (three goals, 13 assists) of his 22 points on the power play...Three game point streak from Dec. 2-9...Scored the game-tying goal in the playoff series clinching win at Colorado College March 10th.

Sophomore Season
Finished fifth on the team and second among defensemen in scoring with 17 points (four goals, 13 assists) ... He scored 13 (two goals, 11 assists) of his 17 points on the power play ... His 17 assists ranked third on the team ... Led the team in game-winning goals ... Recorded eight points (three goals, five assists) in first five games ... Prior to Michigan Tech
 Spent the previous three seasons with the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League ... He tallied 83 points (28 goals, 55 assists) in 161 games during his three-year career with the Pontiacs ... In his first year with the club (2006-07), he was named the team’s rookie of the year after finishing with 16 points (six goals, 10 assists) ... The following year (2007-08), he was named the team’s defenseman of the year after scoring 28 points (eight goals, 20 assists) ... This past season, he collected his second defenseman of the year honor, as well as the team’s most vaulable player with 39 points (14 goals and 25 assists) in 47 games ... During his final two seasons with the Pontiacs he was named to both the North Division All-Star Team and a First Line All-Star Selection ... He was a member of Team Alberta at the 2007 Canada Winter Games ... Seigo also competed with Team Canada West at the World Junior A Challenge in 2007 and 2008 ...
