HOCKEY
The Huskies had an off weekend and play their first WCHA road series this weekend at Bowling Green. The Falcons are 3-2 overall and coming off a sweep of Western Michigan. The puck drops at 7:07 p.m. each night from the Slater Family Ice Arena. It will be the first of two meetings this season between the two teams. Tech is 2-2 overall and 0-2 in the WCHA. The Falcons have yet to play a conference game.

VOLLEYBALL
The No. 24-ranked volleyball team went undefeated at the Midwest Region Crossover for the first time in program history. The Huskies defeated Drury 3-1 Friday, Cedarville 3-1 and Illinois Springfield 3-0 Saturday. Megan Utlak hit the 1,000-dig mark for her career over the weekend. Olivia Ghormley (58 kills) and MacAulay Petersen (37 kills) led the offense with Ghormley averaging 5.27 kills per set. Laura De Marchi averaged 12.64 assists per set, totaling 139 assists on the weekend. Megan Utlak (52 digs), Anna Jonynas (30 digs), and De Marchi (30 digs and 5 blocks) led the defense. The Huskies have seven matches remaining in the regular season and return to GLIAC play against South Division opponents at Parkside Friday and Purdue Northwest Saturday.

FOOTBALL
Tech football scored 30 first-half points and defeated Davenport 30-17 Saturday in Grand Rapids. Ben Harley had a pair of touchdown receptions and also threw a touchdown to Jordan Janssen. Jared Smith added a rushing score and Evan Gornick hit a 22-yard field goal. Travis Tidwell led the defense with nine tackles. Tech is now 4-2 overall and 2-2 in the GLIAC and travels to Ashland Saturday for a 1 p.m. kickoff.

WOMEN'S TENNIS
The Huskies wrapped up the regular season in dominating fashion with a pair of 7-0 victories. Tech defeated Purdue Northwest Saturday and Davenport Sunday at Gates Tennis Center. The Black and Gold will travel to Midland, Michigan this weekend for the GLIAC Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY
The Huskies raced at the UP Championships on Friday at the NMU Golf Course. Aiden Truettner, Bernard Kluskens, Patrick Acton, and Reid Goble finished fifth through eighth to lead the men's team. Theresa Passe (8th), Henriette Semb (12th), and Molly Greene (13th) led the women's team. Tech runs at the GLIAC Championships on Saturday in Westville, Indiana.

SOCCER
Tech soccer fell in a pair of home games over the weekend. The Huskies fell 3-0 to Davenport Friday and 3-0 to No. 3 Grand Valley State Sunday. The five-game homestand continues on Friday against Ashland and Sunday versus Saginaw Valley State at Kearly Stadium. Friday's game will feature a T-shirt auction that will benefit the Lend-A-Paw initiative to support Big Brothers Big Sisters - UP Kids.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Women's basketball plays at UW-Green Bay in an exhibition contest on Thursday at the Kress Center. The two teams also met in 2014 and 2017. Tipoff is at 8 p.m. against the Phoenix.
