Robert Monahan

Robert Monahan, class of 1953, was an All-American defenseman for the hockey Huskies during the 1952-53 season and also a three-year letterwinner for MTU.
While he studied forestry at MTU, he embarked on a sales career that led to a high-level product sales management position with Ethyl Corporation.
After early retirement from Ethyl in 1983, he formed a consulting firm, contracting with chemical companies to serve in various sales capacities. In 1989, he joined Cal-Choir Corporation full-time as its vice president for sales and marketing.
Monahan is a member of the MTU Presidents Club and a long-time supporter of The Huskies Club.
