Ray Trewhella

A three-year letter winner, Ray Trewhella's presence was made known at the old Sherman Gym in men's basketball from 1953-56.
During his career, Trewhella helped the huskies to a 32-16 overall record, including a 14-4 mark his senior season in 1955-56.
Trewhella was the team's second leading scorer with 310 point his junior season. As a senior, he finished the season with 425 points to lead the club.
Trewhella who currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina, completed his career with 839 points in 50 games (16.8/game) and helped the huskies to a school-record 14 straight home wins over his final two seasons.
