High School: A 2014 graduate of Houghton High School … Cross Country: first team All-Conference as a senior and second team as a junior … Four-time Academic All-State honoree …Team was conference champs … Skiing: Skied for Copper Country Ski Tigers … Placed fourth in state championship in 2014, fifth in 2012 and sixth in 2013 … Had a sixth place finish at the Mesabi East Invite … Team was three-time state champs … Also participated in National Honor Society, Key Club, Science Olympiad and Evangel Baptist Church Youth Group.
