Volleyball Little Huskies Registration Now Open
HOUGHTON, Mich. – Michigan Tech volleyball coach Matt Jennings would again like to invite all young athletes interested in volleyball to become a member of the Little Huskies Volleyball Club. Registration is now open.
Coached by the Tech volleyball coaches and players, the club, in its third year, will feature a series of opportunities to learn and experience college-level volleyball right here in the UP!
"This program is great for both the Little Huskies that sign up and for our players," Jennings said. "The kids that sign up get insider access to our program and will build relationships with college athletes. The student-athletes will get a chance to give back to the community have some fun with a younger generation of energetic kids.
"The club has been successful the first two years and really generates interest in the sport of volleyball throughout the area."
The club is open to boys and girls grades k-8. Cost is $50 for returning members from 2013, $55 for new members, and $45 for a returning member who recruits a new Little Husky.
