In addition to her spot on the NSCAA All-Region Team, Hudak was the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Goalie of the Year and was named to the All-GLIAC First Team. Hudak finished third in the GLIAC in total saves, second in wins, and was fifth in goals against average (0.76).

Morin, a native of South Barrington, Illinois, started and played in 18 games for the Huskies in 2016, helping anchor one of the top defenses in the GLIAC and region. Morin stopped numerous attacks by opponents before they were able to get within striking distance of the net. In addition, Morin made the All-GLIAC Second Team following the 2016 campaign and was also chosen for the 2016 GLIAC All-Tournament Team. She was also a 2014 All-GLIAC Second Team honoree and picked for the GLIAC All-Tournament Team.

Mielke, who hails from Green Bay, Wisconsin, powered the Tech offense this season with nine goals, five assists, and 23 points. Five of the goals were game winners with two of her season goals coming in the clutch during the Huskies GLIAC Tournament run. Mielke was eighth in the GLIAC in goals scored and tied for second in the league in game winning kicks. Mielke was named to the All-GLIAC First Team along with the All-Tournament Team this season and was chosen for the All-GLIAC Second Team in 2014.

Farkas, a native Brighton, Michigan, was instrumental in Tech's success this season, helping the Huskies limit opposing teams to 15 goals while shutting out teams 10 times. Farkas was named to the 2016 All-GLIAC Second team and GLIAC All-Tournament Team. In 2015, Farkas was a GLIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention selection.

Splittgerber, who hails from De Pere, Wisconsin, joined Farkas on the third team after scoring three goals and posting three assists for the Huskies in 2016. One of her goals this season was also a game winning blast at Northern Michigan. One of her three assists helped push the Huskies into the GLIAC Tournament semifinals in a 2-1 win over Ferris State. Splittgerber was named to the All-GLIAC Second Team for her play during the 2016 season.

Michigan Tech closed the 2016 season with an overall record of 12-4-3, finished third in the GLIAC regular season standings, and advanced to the GLIAC Tournament title game. Tech just missed out on a spot in the NCAA Division II Regional Tournament.
