Tickets for Tech Soccer Playoff Game Available Now

HOUGHTON, Mich. — Tickets for Michigan Tech's GLIAC Women's Soccer Tournament Quarterfinal game vs. Walsh on Tuesday (Nov. 4) are on sale now at the SDC Ticket Office. Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for youth (age 3 through grade 12). Michigan Tech students will be admitted free with their ID.

The Huskies (10-3-2) are the No. 3 seed in the eight-team soccer playoff. Walsh (8-5-4) comes in as the No. 6 seed. The teams met at Sherman Field earlier this season (Oct. 5) with Tech coming away with a 1-0 victory in double overtime.

All those who attend Tuesday's playoff game will have access to the free Library Restaurant and Brew Pub tailgate party at the pavilion inside Sherman Field. The fare will be burgers, pulled pork, hot dogs, brats, chips, root beer and water. The tailgate will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Kickoff for Tech's soccer postseason will be at 2 p.m. The winner will advance to the GLIAC Tournament Semifinal on Friday (Nov. 7).
