Lane Runs 1500 Tonight at 5:10

HOUGHTON, Mich. – Jani Lane of the Michigan Tech track and field team runs this evening in the 1500 at the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The preliminary round starts at 5:10 p.m. and can be watched live at http://www.ncaa.com/liveschedule.

Twenty participants will compete in the event tonight. Lane ran the fifth best time in the country with a school record time of 3:46.53. He holds three of the top four times in Tech history in the event.

This year's NCAA Championships are being hosted at Grand Valley State. The finals set for Saturday, May 24 at 5:35 p.m.
