2021-22: USCSA All-Academic Ski Team… Earned All-Region in the 20k mass start skate… Placed third in the 20k mass start skate at the CCSA Championships… Placed third in the 15k skate at the CCSA MTU Invite & GLD CXC Cup… Placed fourth in the 20k mass start skate at the NCAA Regional… Placed fourth in the 15k skate at the CCSA Mt. Itasca CXC Cup… Placed 12th in the 10k classic at the NCAA Regional… Placed 15th in the 10k classic at the CCSA Championships… Placed 17th overall and 12th U20 in the 10k skate at the US Cross Country Ski National Championships… Placed 28th in the 15k freestyle at the Gitchi Gami Games… Placed 33rd in the 10k classic at the NCAA Championships… Placed 34th in the 20k skate at the NCAA Championships… Placed 48th overall and 19th collegiately in the 10k skate at the Duluth SuperTour… Placed 60th overall and 11th U20 in the 15k classic at the US Cross Country Ski National Championships… Made the junior finals in the sprint races at the Gitchi Gami Games…

About Colin: Colin Freed joins the Nordic Huskies from Plymouth, Minnesota. Colin had a breakthrough season in 2021 and is now the third nationally ranked skier born in 2002. Colin's highlight results include a first-place finish in the skate and second overall at the 2021 Minnesota State High School Meet, and podium results in the 2021 CXC Cup including a second-place finish in the skate 7.5km at the 2021 Duluth CXC Cup and a third-place finish in the classic 10km at the 2021 Gitchi Gami Games CXC Cup.
