Flanders Officially Selected For NCAA Skiing Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – Michigan Tech's Alice Flanders was one of 40 female Nordic skiers selected to participate in the 2014 NCAA Skiing Championships at Soldier Hollow Resort in Midway, Utah.

Participants were selected on a regional basis from three designated regions for Nordic skiing (Central, East and West Regions). Bids were awarded to regions using a formula determined by the skiing committee.

Nordic events will be held at Soldier Hollow Resort. The women's five-kilometer classical cross-country race will be conducted March 6 and the women's 15K freestyle race will be held March 8.
