Tickets for Michigan Tech students are being sponsored by ArcelorMittelCooper StandardEDF Trading North America, and Pumford Construction. Each company has purchased 100 tickets for the students to use as general admission reserved seats in sections L and M. Students will have until Thursday at noon to request tickets using this Google Form. Student tickets are first-come first-serve seats, and students must have a ticket and a valid Michigan Tech student ID to gain entrance into the game.

As always, a student shuttle will run between the dorms and the SDC beginning at 6 p.m. on game nights.

Tech swept LSSU in their only meeting of the regular season on November 11 and 12. The Huskies won 6-1 Friday and 4-2 Saturday at the MacInnes Student Ice Arena.

Other WCHA First Round Playoff matchups are Bemidji State (1) hosting Northern Michigan (8), Minnesota State (3) hosting Alaska (6), and Bowing Green State (4) hosting Ferris State (5).

The top two remaining WCHA teams will then host a best-of-three semifinal round with the winners advancing to the WCHA Championship on March 18 at the highest remaining seed's home arena.

Playoff games are inventory of the WCHA and prices are set by the league.
