Auk set to attend the 2016 Hawks Prospect Camp

The Chicago Blackhawks will host their 2016 Prospect Camp from Sunday, July 10th to Friday, July 15th in Chicago, Ill. Junior defenseman Mark Auk (D/St. Clair Shores, Mich.) will be attending the camp.

The camp will consist of both on-ice and off-ice workouts. All off-ice workouts will take place at Johnny's IceHouse West. For a complete camp roster and schedule click here. In total, 66 players have been invited to the Chicago prospect camp.

Auk is a junior defenseman with 30 career points to his credit. He notched 3-10=13 as a rookie in 2014-15 and 4-13-14 a year ago. He posted a +10 plus/minus rating a year ago and is +34 for his Tech career. 

Mark will join Michigan Tech alumni Tanner Kero in camp that week. Kero spent the majority of last season in Rockford, ILL., Chicago's American Hockey League affiliate, he had 20 goals and 19 assists for 39 total point in 60 games. Tanner saw NHL action for 17 games last season. His first NHL game was October 29th vs Winnipeg Jets. Scoring his first NHL goal November 6th vs New Jersey.
