Youth Huskies Day at SDC Friday

HOUGHTON, Mich. — With several area schools being off this Friday (Oct. 9), Michigan Tech Athletics and Recreation is hosting Youth Huskies Day at the Student Development Complex.

SDC day passes for youth are available for $5 each and include access to the MacInnes Student Ice Arena, multipurpose gym and pool. For just $8 more ($13 total), youth users can get a ticket to Michigan Tech hockey’s 7 p.m. game vs. Laurentian and a ticket to Michigan Tech volleyball’s match vs. Walsh at 5 p.m.

The multipurpose gym will be open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The pool will be available for open swimming from 2:30-9 p.m. and open skating will be from 12:30-2:30 p.m.

Children under 11 require adult supervision.
