Fifth Annual MTB Rendevous at Tech Trails Saturday

HOUGHTON, Mich. – The fifth annual Michigan Tech MTB Rondevous begins at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday (July 19) at the Tech Trails. The Ronde is a 12-hour (or 6-hour) multi-lap mountain bike race around the Michigan Tech trail system. You can ride solo or as a two or four-person team.

Registration is still available at $50 per rider. Day-of-race registration and bib pick-up are from 8-9 a.m. at the trailhead. The first 150 entrants receive a Ronde water bottle.

The course is a moderately challenging, but safe, terrain entirely on trails with double track, single track, flow trail, climbs and descents. One lap will be between 5-8 miles and should take around 30-45 minutes.

Awards will be given to the top male, female and combined teams (two-person and four-person) and also to the top three male and female solo riders.
