Bio

Greg Christopher was named the Director of Video Production and Operations for Michigan Tech Athletics and Recreation in July 2022.

Christopher oversees the live-streaming broadcasts of Tech sporting events while also serving as the department's liaison with the University's IT department.

A native of Romulus, Michigan, Christopher came to Tech with extensive live and video production experience after 11 years at Florida State where he was a producer and media manager for the Seminoles. He was the main producer for award-winning television shows The Bobby Bowden Show, The Jimbo Fisher Show, and The Mike Martin Show. He was also a producer, director, and on the control room crew for football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and other FSU sports. He also oversaw the DVSport replay operation as the replay technician for Atlantic Coast Conference at FSU football games and developed deep relationships with ESPN and Turner Sports.

Throughout his professional career, Christopher has also been an anchor and reporter at KTWO-TV in Wyoming and has worked as a freelance replay operator and editor for industrial and safety films.

Christopher holds a bachelor's degree in History and also one in Communications, both from Florida State.
